André Chan x Jing Chin-yin Chong

André Chan

Currently an independent curator, writer and a co-founder of Arts Collectives, Chan has held positions at various international galleries. With a background in East Asian studies and curatorial study, he focuses his curatorial projects on city and related cultural issues and engages in frequent collaboration with Asian young artists. Some of his worldwide curatorial projects include A Tree Fell in the Forest and No One’s There (Power Station of Art, Shanghai), Kotodama (Para Site, Hong Kong), Enfante (chi K11 art space, Hong Kong), etc. He also writes for OCULA, City Magazine, Stand News and Tainan Artnews.

 

Jing Chin-yin Chong

An arts administrator, exhibition curator and producer, Chong is also a co-founder of Arts Collective. Chong had worked for arts institutions and international galleries including Museum of Contemporary Art, Taipei, as well as other independent projects before joining Hong Kong Arts Centre. Not only does she oversee the visual art exhibitions and related programmes for the Centre, she also curates and produces cross-disciplinary projects that expand her professional reach in the realm of design and performing art.
